I wish I could find some info about the production of this. I'm still not sure who, exactly, made it. Was it the actual producers of The Simpsons, the company in the UK that encoded it, or a local who lived in the Bromley area? If the producers did it, why did they need to go to the UK to make it?
Hmm [scratches head].
News articles report that this is a promo for "The Simpsons" that will be aired on Sky One, which broadcasts the show in the UK. That's the closest thing I have to an answer for you.
